A proposed renovation of a San Francisco Mission Victorian 1300 sq ft apartment. The renovation included the addition of a master suite, a new kitchen, addition of an attic flex space and an adjoining roof deck. Using a customized millwork component on the main level, we eliminated a dark entry hall, reinforced a natural flow in the space, and gave the owner a place for his audio equipment and whiskey collection. Vertical slats define the existing spaces while allowing light to filter through. A custom staircase takes you up to the attic and roof deck.
